Quick lil intro

2024 is over! I threw together this quick, last-minute post to share some fun stats from my life this year. While life is definitely more than just numbers, it’s always cool to see the data all in one place! In the future, I’d love to make these recaps more detailed and visual, but for now, plain text will have to do. Let'sa go!

Most of my travels this year were work-related for OfflineTV. I took a trip to Mexico to visit family and celebrated my birthday in Japan! I had a couple of layovers in other countries, but I won't list them here!

The miles traveled this year were BIGLY, largely due to frequent trips to Asia. Those flights alone are typically 11-13 hours each way, which really added up!

I’m slightly embarrassed that Panic! At The Disco made the list—but their 2022 album Viva Las Vengeance has been a personal ear-worm for the past 2 years lol. I’m hoping to see their one-off reunion show at When We Were Young in Vegas next year. Grupo Frontera completely dominated my playlist this year, and seeing them live in concert in LA was chef’s kiss.

This list is only movies released in 2024! I promise I watch more movies than this list shows!! I’ve got an embarrassingly massive backlog of films to get through, and honestly, this year’s releases felt a bit underwhelming. Next year, I’ll make sure to track non-2024 movies I watch so the list looks a little fuller!

This year, I’ve spent significantly less time gaming. New hobbies and a conscious effort to step away from screens have kept my gaming hours lower than usual. While I did also play a few non-Steam games, I don’t have the stats for those—but I’ll be sure to track them better for next year’s recap!
